Toggle Between Text Tool & Arrow

Photoshop CS4, Mac

OK, I understand the shortcut for the Text Tool is "t" and the arrow is "v". Here's what I want to know: how do I toggle back to the arrow from text? For example, if I type something with the text tool and want to quickly get back to the arrow without moving my mouse, I can't just hit "v" because it types a V on my text line--or a capital V with shift, or pastes with command V. Is there a mixed command that I can't find???
