Any chance IrfanView (or another GIF player), can auto-reverse the animation? When reaching the end it just plays same frames backwards, and then repeats forwards, etc.? For a perpetual animation until -> next image.

is there a way to have a frame repeat loop during a gif display? similar to some video apps: start frame mark, end frame mark, loops between the marks until clear frame mark is hit. It would be a time saver to assess what the gif would look like before using those frames to create a new gif. Maybe even a key to extract the frames between the two frame marks? That would be awesome!

It would be nice if when viewing PDF files, the UP and DOWN arrow keys would go the next page instead of just the Page Up/Dn. I find it faster to use the arrow keys.

I wish you had an option to move between selected images (the ones that show when you press ifranview icon)

I do a lot of repetitive tasks with Irfanview. I use cntrl-r to open the resample dialog. I notice on the right there is Some common sizes with the m underlined, and 1024 with the 1 underlined. How to I access these shortcuts?

If I understand what you are referring to, you use Alt+whatever character is underlined.
