Jump to: Basic Document Navigation, Navigate to Bookmarks and Previous Edits

1. Basic Document Navigation

Arrow Keys

Move one character to left/right or one line up/down

Ctrl+Arrow Left/Arrow Right

Move one word to the left/ to the right

Home/End

Jump to beginning/ to end of the line

Ctrl+Arrow Down/Arrow Up

Jump to next/ to previous paragraph

Page Down/Page Up

Jump up one screen/ down one screen

Ctrl+Alt+Page Up/Page Down

Jump to beginning/ end of the screen

Ctrl+Home/End

Jump to beginning/ to end of document

2. Navigate to Bookmarks and Previous Edits

Ctrl+G or F5

Go to a page, bookmark, footnote, table, comment, graphic, or other location

Alt+Ctrl+Z

Go back to previously edited location in document (up to 4 places)

Shift+F5

Go to a the last change or revision. Also works after opening document.

Ctrl+Shift+F5

Set, go to and edit bookmarks
